Sometimes it’s hard to be creative, especially in social media posts on Twitter. So here’s a tactic I have been trying out to create memes for my social media to improve engagement. Some bomb and some can take off.

I decided to step back from my tech niche and see how this could translate into other marketing verticals. So I created ideas for memes for a friend of mine who does digital marketing for a baby brand.

First, I used the following prompt, ChatGPT 3.5, to generate some ideas.

Then I went to Midjourney and created an image I thought would accompany the meme. [Check out – Using Artificial Intelligence to Create Unique Stunning Blog Images for detailed instructions.]

It wasn’t quite what I wanted, but it was close, so I chose the bottom right image and created four new versions.

I felt like the first image was the best one. Also, note that the original version had a strange wheel on the lady’s back foot. As the AI iterated on the foot, it became a shoe. This is just one of the quirks of AI. Finally, I got the image, popped it into my image editor, and added the text from ChatGPT and my logo for branding. I now had a meme to use as a social media post. It was fun, and it took no more than 15 minutes.
